Bruce has more toys then Tony does, he even has his own battle suit that he breaks out for Bane and other brutes. And he buys all his cars, boats, planes, heck even the JL Watchtower without any of his accountants aware of his alter-ego. They just think he's buying restaurants so his dates can go swim naked in the fountain(it wasn't a pool).

Stark was able to create more stuff for himself. Stark didn't just make 1 suit, he made three, one being in a cave. He also has a heart running off a miniature reactor, which he also built.
